Return-to-sender

Please check all your details at checkout. We do not change shipping addresses. If your package has been returned to us, we'd like to resend it back to you, you will be responsibile for the additional shipping fee.

Duties & Taxes

International customers may have to pay duties on taxes based on their country. It's the buyer's reponsibility to pay these fees. Every country is different and the cost will differ based on your country's policies for international shipments.

Lost Packages

Once your package is handed over to courier, we are not responsible for any shipping delays or packages that lost or stole.
